ETM - Script template setting Change Column display left to right

When working in Test script editor, default display of left to right is not an available option within the template.

Setting can only be changed on each script and it is not set as default.

This adds additional formatting required for every test script. (thousands).

Additionally, the ability to add a custom field to the default template to display Notes or other attribute on all test scripts.

And finally, the ability to apply this default view from the template to all existing scripts.
