RQM API Publish

RQM API does not have the same level of fine grain control as RTC. RQM API is not published. The RTC OSLC API has allowed our company's developers to build solutions for Export Control capabilities, customize solutions for manipulating links between RTC to DOORS Classic and other links and to create many types of customizable reports. With a broad OSLC API in RQM, our team would be able to have more power to generate solutions that would be beneficial.

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

We are considering introducing making our private API into a public SDK, which will expose more information previously private.

If you want to focus on a Use Case, then #1 is the one that is most critical. I can't modify

It would be best to have one RFE for each independent use case.
