Defects filtering into Test Case Execution Records

Hello,

The main goal of the idea is to help our colleagues to filter easily for the defects that have been linked or not to the TCER (which contains valid/invalid Test Result(s)).

Usage scenario: from release to release, it's quite hard to find what invalid results (stored into a TCER) have been covered by the defects or not. As you can see in "defects_not_filterable.png" we don't have the possibility to filter or to do something with this category into the TCER area.

Expected behavior: we want to filter after "Defects" into the TCER and check if any link has been or not mapped to the artifact, in this way we're achieving a higher quality output. One example of how this filter it should look is given into "filter_similarity.png".
