in a Test Case the history information for the SCM linked artefacts and CCM work items are missing

Current behavior: You can create links from a work item or a file in SCM to ETM Test Case. If the link to the work item is created or removed from the Test Case side, this information appears in the Test Case history. If you do the same from EWM side, this is not indicated in Test Case history.

Requested change: The history of the Test Case should show the adding or removing of links between Test Case and CCM work items as well SCM files.

Change reason: This is a possible ASPICE issue because there is no tracking of who and when linked any Related files or Work Items to the Test Case.
