Filtering for EWM CCM related files and linked work items not possible in ETM

Current behavior: In an ETM query you have the columns "Linked files" and “Tests Development Items” visible, but you do not have any option to filter for it, so there is no possibility to search for artefacts with linked/related files or work items in ETM. For Validates Requirements and Validates Architecture Element links you have the option to filter.

Requested change: Get the same filtering functionality in a ETM query also for the linked files and work items like it is implemented for the Validates Requirements.

Change reason: User experience, now there is no possibility to filter for e.g., Test Cases which do not have a work item or file linked.
