Enhancement of OSLC API: allow including attachments in test case results

Good evening,

We have noticed that when we consult the information of a Test Case Result of “Scriptless Result” type, the xml generated using OSLC API and the xml generated using the Reportable REST API have different information. In order to align the sections, it could be interesting to add, in the xml generated by OSLC API, the section:

Which already exists in the xml generated by Reportable REST API and corresponds to the "Result Details" section of the Test Case Result.

The intention is to be able to attach files to this type of Test Case Results using directly the OSLC API. This is helpful in order to facilitate the integration and maintainability with other tools that already used OSLC API.
