OSLC Cleaner Utility needs adoption of OIDC application passwords for native ELM clients

Customers using Jazz Authorization Server with e.g. SAML back end use application passwords to log in to non-Web clients.

In a command such as the below, customers wish to use application password instead of traditional password. They already do this with the Excel Importer and EWM clients such as Eclipse, Shell client or SCM command line.

Please do the adoption of OIDC application passwords for the OSLC Cleaner Utility. This is a very useful utility and customers with JAS SAML would like to use.
