This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Currently when accepting test cases to another stream from a baseline the formal reviews are not accepted as part of the test case.
With current behavior it is challenging to convince our auditors that we reviewed our test cases and when and by whom we did it. We expected we could do it by using such formal reviews. But since they are not taken over to the other stream it is very difficult - with multiple streams almost impossible - to navigate to the original review taken place in the original stream.
In this context also the provided precondition "Required Approvals" does not ensure a present formal review anymore, since an approved test case can be taken over to another stream without a review, which leaves the test case in the new stream in a state, where it is actually approved and has no review.
To resolve this it would be better if formal reviews are taken over to the target stream together with the test case. If there are other use cases present where this shall not be done, please consider an opt-in option in the project configuration to influence this behavior.
