Lock or freeze the ETM Local Stream

Currently, we are encountering an issue where the ETM stream is unintentionally changed or modified by users, leading to incorrect information being delivered. We may not be aware of such modifications. To prevent data corruption caused by users, implementing a freeze or lock functionality for the local ETM stream would be the best solution.

This functionality would be particularly beneficial in environments where multiple users collaborate in the same project area with several streams.

The idea behind this functionality is to allow administrators to lock or freeze a stream and subsequently unlock it when necessary.

Note: Archiving and unarchiving may not be the most effective way to prevent users from making changes or modifications, as it could potentially confuse them.
