Log name of the user who select the execution machine.

Each test case that will be executed through automation needs to have the machine selected before starting the execution, and we initiate the execution from the test suite. The history of the test case results displays information about the executing machine, but it doesn't show the user who selected the machine at the beginning. If the test case history could include the name of the user who chose the machine, it would give the possibility to investigate the issue when the machine switches from the expected machine to another where it becomes challenging to determine whether the machine switch was intentional by the user or due to a defect in the ETM system randomly switching the machine for the automated execution.
