need "select all items on all pages" in ETM UIs to associate exiting artifacts with parent

ETM provides a UI to  associate exiting artifacts with a parent artifact. For example, from a test script there is Parent Test Cases panel with "Associate with Existing Test Case" In that UI test cases are listed in pages of 15. To select all, a user must shift+click through each page, which can be very cumbersome project area with a large number of test cases. There should be a  "select all items on all pages" option in those parent artifact UIs just as there are in list views, e.g. construction > browse test cases
