Bulk unlock Test Cases and Test Scripts.

In 'Engineering Test Management,' we lack the option to unlock multiple Test Cases and Test Scripts in bulk. Consequently, we are required to manually unlock each item, which is time-consuming. The necessity to unlock several Test Cases and Test Scripts arises during the Merge process, as we cannot merge locked artifacts. 

Normally, we have more than 100 locked artifacts, and manually unlocking each item becomes a laborious task.

Implementing bulk unlock functionality would significantly reduce the workload associated with manually unlocking each item and decrease the time consumption for this task.

    This functionality need is beyond a "voting" need. The tool allows bulk lock through state change or other, which allows for thousands of artifacts to become locked and does not allow for the action to be undone. There is no warning dialogue letting you know before you lock artifacts that it cannot be undone. It's like having a car that doesn't have reverse and the manufacturer tells you tough luck. Come on IBM.
