Blocks dependency between test cases

Especially on different abstract levels of testing it is currently a typical use case at some of our teams that there is a dependency between the test cases.

E.g. only if specific test cases on component level have been passed it makes sense to execute some test cases on the next higher integration level. To assist the user it would be useful if there is a possibility to model the dependency between the test cases, our proposal would be a "depends on" link.

A more advanced feature would be, if the user tries to execute the test case, a warning / error appears that x test cases have to be tested successfully first.
