As an Admin, I would like to have Access Control based on each Test Artifact

In a Project Area we can have multiple teams, but not all teams necessarily should have access to everything in the Project Area.

If we need to introduce a new team to the Project Area that should not have access to certain Test Artifacts, there is no current way of restricting their access. 

The only option would have to move all the restricted data to a different Project Area (multiple Test Plans, with their results) and delete the original ones, which is not a good option (the copy takes many hours and it was not designed to copy huge amount of data).
