As a User, I would like to change the name of a Query and the widget associated with it to change as well

Problem:

If I have a Widget with a query called "TCERs1" and I change the query to be named "TCERs2", the widget won't be updated and will still show as "TCERs1". The data returned will also not change, if in "TCERs2" I change the filter.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Execution > Browse > Test Case Execution Records
  2. Create a query to show only 1 TCER (for example, filter by ID 123)
  3. Save the query as "TCERs1" (make it "Shared")
  4. Add a widget to the dashboard like "Execution Record(s)"
  5. For the query, search for "TCERs1" and Save the widget
    > you should see TCER 123 as the result
  6. Go to Execution > Browse > Test Case Execution Records
  7. Open the saved queries (left side)
  8. Click the action button for "TCERs1" and click "Rename"
  9. Change its name to "TCERs2" and Save
  10. Change the filter to another TCER (for example, filter by 456)
  11. Save the query as "TCERs2"
  12. Go back to the dashboard and refresh the page
  13. Verify the data in the widget

Expected result:
The widget shows TCER 456

Actual result:
The widget shows TCER 123

Notes:

  • If you open the widget settings, the old query "TCERs1" is selected.
  • The EWM application handles this nicely, changing the name to the new one and showing the data correctly.
