ETM: Improvements for Test Case Reconcile run duration

When users attempt to invoke Reconcile from Test plan to create/update test cases based on requirement specifications(modules), the operations runs for long amount of time e.g. takes about 2.5 hours to reconcile a module containing 5000 requirements.

 

This long duration is not acceptable and needs to be improved to help better turnaround times in test case creation and updates between ERM and ETM

For each test case ETM is doing round trip between DNG and ETM to get the data and link the artifact together. This process requires a lot of http connections which results in extra time taken to link data in long running operations. The design might require a better approach to link the requirements with the test case.
