Hello dear IBM Team,
this idea originates from my support ticket TS016025963.
My request is, that links between an ETM artifact and a DNG artifact are not visible in the ETM GUI if the user is not looking at the data within the proper configuration context.
Or, that at last the user is given a hint why the shown links to DNG artifacts are not resolved.

Hello IBM Team,
thank you for your reply, although it is not the outcome that I wished for.
I am familiar with the provided link. It does not contribute the my request, imho.

"For example, links from tests to requirements are stored in and owned by the QM application because requirements are typically baselined before tests are created. Therefore, you can link from a test case in a stream to the baselined requirement that it validates."
