Option to select and delete those Test Cases without Requirements during the reconciliation process

We observed QM Reconcile Requirements is not working as expected in 11P .

Steps to Reproduce 

1.In RM we have saved a shared view with a certain attribute selected as a filtering option
In this view, we have now 10 requirements that are added to a Tag 
2.In QM environment,Navigate to Test plan -> Under Requirement collection links ,Add the Shared view of RM .
3.Select the view and click Reconcile Requirements in collection
4.Under the reconcile test coverage ,select the requirements IDs for which test case needs to be created .
5 Under test case section of Test plan ,We can see the test case are created
6.Navigate to RM, we remove tags from some of the requirement, the view is modified and updated .Save the view 
7.In TP ,Under Requirement collection link section ,Click Reconcile 

Actual :
Requirements deleted since last reconciliation ,We can see the changes in RM and the artifacts changes happened .But in QM test plan  we see those test case are still reflected and linking exists to deleted or remove artifacts to RM  .

Expected :

In QM we would want to completely able to delete the Test case that was initially assigned to this requirement. 
However, this is not possible. Instead, we just receive this notification, but the test case will still be visible in the Test plan.
Also the testcase having traceability link to Requiremets under validated by link.

There should be an Option to select and delete all those Test Cases without Requirements during the reconciliation process .
