Emptying Trash must not affect Baseline

Emptying trash actually also remove the purged artifacts from Baselines.
That means a baseline can be affected years later after its creation by such an action and detection is very difficult since it is incomplete and it is not obvious which artifacts re missing.
Incomplete baselines can be a showstopper when the artifacts in the baselines are needed for an audit by authorities years later.

    Yes, especially the last paragraph is most important. From quality point of view I cannot recommend ETM to any regulated business as long as baselines can be manipulated this way.
