As a Admin, I would like to add a Project Area Property to prevent the Execution Owner to be automatically assigned

Currently, when you add a Test Case to the Test Suite, if the Test Case has an owner assigned, the Test Case automatically sets the Execution Owner to the same user.

There is a Project Property that does something similar, but for TCERs and TSERs: Automatically assign executer as owner to test case and test suite execution record if owner is not assigned

The reason behind this asking is the following:

You have two Automated Test Cases (using CLA or UFT, for example).

The first Test Case you run, has your name as the Execution Owner. That automatically triggers a Reservation, that makes sure only that user can use that machine while the test is being executed (when the test ends, the automatic reservation ends).

The second Test Case you run, has Daisy name as the Execution Owner. While the first Test Case is still running, you cannot see the same machine, because it is searching the machines on behalf of Daisy (and that machine is reserved to yourself).

The only way to work around this, is to remove the Execution Owner from all the Test Cases within the Test Suites., but that makes the work hard if those are being added automatically.
