ETM:Function to sort test environment list values when executing test suites (test cases) in GC environment.

In GC environment, list values of test environment are randomly displayed when test suites (test cases) are executed.
In fact, it seems that they are displayed in the order in which they are stored in the database, not randomly, but it is desirable to display them in the sorted order by name, etc.
As a workaround, the sorting function of the test environment can be used when creating test execution records (TSER, TCER) in advance, but this is undesirable because it increases the number of test execution steps.

[Reproduction Steps]
1. Access the ETM project area of the GC environment.
2. Click on Test Suite (Test Case) Execution and select New Test Suite Execution Record in Test Suite Execution Record.
3. Select the test environment, and the test environment value is a random list value.

[What is the expected output?]
We would like the list values of the test environment to be sorted without having to create a test execution record (TSER, TCER) in advance of the test execution.
