RELATED IDEAS

Sync the scope of content in sections according the hierarchy navigated as the breadcrumb menu at the top.

Issue:

1. We browsed a Test Plan, Plan A and opened the Test Suite section to open Suite A.

2. In the Test Suite, we changed to the Test Suite Execution Records section and found that there is a record was not related this plan.

We expected to see the records only related to this plan since we opened the sections and artifacts from the test plan view. It would be more reasoned.

The current design usually make user extremely confused.

The case number related is TS017010634.

Requirement:

The view of section and the result shown shall same as the scope of the breadcrumb menu.

Benefits:

The feature will help users to find the records easier and know where we are (scope view) same as the breadcrumb menu.

    Navigating through artifacts does not indeed defined the scope of the view. Only the currently opened artifacts define the scope.
    There are no short term plans to change this behavior as this would be a major change and would confuse existing users.
