Make preconditions' default names consistent

Right now, the preconditions' names are not consistent, which can be slightly confusing when going through the list. 

1) Using Disallow and Do not allow. As an example:

  • Disallow Execution of Test Case Execution Record if owner is not executing it
  • Disallow execution of Test Case Execution Record until the associated Test Plan is approved.
  • Do not allow a test case to run on a channel if the test script that is being run contains a keyword that does not have a test script associated with that channel

2) Use of Execution and execution; 

3) Some with short titles that doesn't mean much:

  • Required Approvals
    • Suggestion: Disallow artifacts to transition to certain states by specifying a number of required reviews or approvals.
  • Pending Approvals
    • Suggestion: Disallow artifacts to transition to another state when they have pending reviews or approvals.
