ETM GUI Scroll Improvement to dramatically improve usability

Please can we have a horizontal scroll bar which moves with the page to enable better usability of the tool. This will improve the efficiency of the tool for the users by >50%

Currently, Navigating to test case section with several columns added to the view, a horizontal scroll bar appears to enable scrolling from left to right. This scroll bar *does not* move *up* and *down* with the page. Instead, it remains *fixed* at the bottom of the page. Even if *only* 10 rows are displayed (bare minimum) user must first scroll down to the bottom of the page move the horizontal scroll bar to the right them scroll back up to the work area.
