ETM Project Property Propagation

As an ETM Project Administrator of tens of ETM Projects, the introduction of a new property useful to many active project areas to amend is highly valuable. ETM Projects while designed to work in isolation actually work better in concert and consistency and coherency with other ETM active project areas when applicable. Use and reuse of project properties with many projects in flight is highly valued. So much so that this enterprise has already built and deployed in ERM a ERM Type System Comparator and Type System Updater to support ERM Type System updates and changes and propagation. The exact same is desired for ETM. ETM however has the problem that Properties are distributed over many unique artifact types. AND ETM Copy Project Properties only works on a subset of properties excluding the most valuable Lab Resource Properties and associated Test Environment Propeties. This exclusion is quite the oversight for ETM Administrators who then must manage to synchronize properties manually and prone to mistakes and defects with inconsistencies making consistent Reporting across the ETM domain impossible.
