Simple ETM Import

DNG has a nice user-friendly import capability. ETM does not. Given the Enterprise usage and application of DNG with ETM it only sets up the user expectation to have a pleasing experience of both importing and exporting to and from DNG in a comparable manner to importing and exporting to and from ETM. XL AND/OR CSV format is most easily standard and easy to manage for import and export. 

The current ETM XL Import utility is overtly complex, full of pitfalls, woefully slow (200 Test Cases per hour), and impossible to administer at the Enterprise level. (having tried for 2 years). 

Provide some nice automation to intelligently walk the user though import process, check compliancy to the Properties, and allow for any every combination of Test Plan, Test Case, Test Script, Test Step and artifact order to be made via XL/CSV import operation is invaluable. 

Ensuring Format for both Import and Export Capability goes without question.
