RELATED IDEAS

Import custom categories & 4 level deep subcategory values via excel importer

There is a way to import custom categories and values using the Excel Importer today. However, it does not support custom categories with 4 level deep sub categories. We have to add all categories as parents and then manually add the sub categories in that we cannot associate selected values in sub categories to specific values in the parent. It is a lot of manual work to add lists of values to individual parent values at each sub category level.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.
