Possibility to import and update artefacts in ETM with an Excel importer such as in EWM & ERM

ETM users often manipulate a lot of artefacts. Some of them are originating from legacy external sources, and some of them are manipulated in offline mode (test benches, etc.).

It would be very useful to have an Excel importer for most of the updates, with possibility to create new artefacts or update existing ones, such as in EWM and ERM that are frequently used and really powerful and more user friendly than the ETM Excel importer addon.

On top of that, a big limitation on the ETM Excel importer addon is that in most big organizations, the users hav no admin rights and it is complex to have add-ons installed.
