Test suite execution records and test case execution records are not in sync

  1. TCER and TSER have to be in sync to ensure that latest results are updated and to avoid any ambiguity among testers and the test leads

  2. The test case results should reflect the latest change as it is helpful with regards to traceability, and to know which requirements is impacted

It would help if user doesn't want to execute a specific TC within a test suite for one specific execution, where another execution may have this TC so not willing to remove the specific TC from the parent Test suite but only the TCER from TSER.

after the deletion of TCER from TSER, it should not be available in TSER for the execution.

current behaviour : when the TSER runs, the deleted TCER is still present in TSER.

There is an option to roll up results for test suite execution records.
    See: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/engineering-lifecycle-management-suite/test-management/7.1.0?topic=suites-rolling-up-results-test-suite-execution-records
Could you please take a look and let us know if this capability would help with this request?
