AI capabilities in ETM

For projects that have preconditions set for example: Can not move state to released without a formal review. Right now people get error message that they can not save. It would be nice if the user could ask AI I am trying to change the state to released what do I need to do?

AI would then look at the project settings and see that there is a specific order of “state” that the item must go through and that it requires a formal review to be approved at state a specific state.

Similar issue a user had the other day. Their Test Case and Test Script had the correct team area’s. They attempted to run a test from the test case and selected a TCER. They got an error message saying they do not have permission to execute. However what they missed was the team area for the TCER was not set correctly per the team area and roles they had.
This required me to look through all the artifacts and permission to see what was causing the error. If the AI could quickly do a similar query and be more specific that it was the TCER had a team area selected the user does not have permissions to.



As we talked AI assistance with creating reports or using PUB would be great.

For example we have many documents required for certification in a specific format. If the user could easily provide an example document and the AI could decompose that into PUB such that the user could then select the handful of sections they want PUB to pull from ETM or DOORS etc… Boeing does not use PUB often due to the learning curve being unique to this product. However, could greatly benefit from its capabilities.
