The UI to navigate the test cases is not friendly

The UI to navigate the test cases is not friendly. When user tries to execute a test case, it needs 6 clicks to get all necessary information for one case (precondition, test steps, expected result), starting from Test Plan. To make the navigation between test cases easily, we had to develop our own scripts to export the cases into Excel to view and fill in the test result.

We have the same use-case. What's the status here?
Why is it so complicated to get the relevant information from sections?

I would add that this should be fixed in all list views of artifacts, so that users are able to show the contents of the artifacts sections.

    A sample use case:

Assume we are executing a Test Plan. In the "Test Case", we add some customized "Sections" to provide more information about a test case.

Starting from the Test Plan page, the user will need to click the TCER section, click the Test Case, then expand each section of the test case (Pre-Condition, Some customized sections, expected results, post-condition) to read all necessary information. If we click the TCER link, the TCER page doesn't support to show customized test case sections, that is why we need to go back to the Test Case page to read those information. This give us a lot of troubles.

In general, we would like to have the enhancement to show all basic necessary information of each TCER in the TCER list page of the Test Plan. Those information includes Pre-Condition, Expected Results, Post-Condition, and the Customized Test Case Sections. Also, this TCER list can provide a column of dropdown list to mark the result is Passed/Blocked/Failed or any possible results.

The goal is when we go to the TCER list, we can get all information in this list page to execute and fill in the result. And we don't need to open one or multiple page to complete the task.

Could you please provide more details about exactly what you would like to see different in the tool? Ideally, could please provide a detailed use case?
