Option to have approvals reset on workflow state change

When performing a workflow state transition, any approvals that have been signed retain their validity. It would be beneficial to have the option to configure for the approvals to reset to blank (the copy feature, but automatic) when performing a specific state transition(s)

The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    The ask of the enhancement is instead of archiving on a state transition (ex.In Progress to Draft), if it could do the "copy" function and put a new copy of the approval.

    You can use the follow-up action to automatically archive the approval group when the artifact state is set back to draft.
