Hi Daniel,
Yes, we did raise a support ticket and the response was this is normal and the ticket got closed (TS021270254).
This behavior does not happen with only a specific part of the platform, it happens across all. In issues or data capture cards, dashboards, accounts, etc. If you are idle for a short period of time or if you click the back button (both in the browser and in the platform) your session is over. Note that this behavior is across all platform users and not just a subset.
No, we have one instance of Envizi set up.
No, we are not using any VPNs. We are connected to the company's regular Wi-Fi network.
hi @Guest
Have you raised a support ticket on this? This behaviour is not the expected behaviour and might require some troubleshooting, can you confirm if there is a particular part of the platform you are using when this occurs?
Can you also please confirm if you are access multiple instances of Envizi? Typically if you log in using two different users or clients on the same browser, the second connection will cause the first to be disconnected.
Finally, can you advise if you are using any specialy networking configuration such as VPNs, or a network connection which could possibly be changing your network identifying information such as your ip address while still connected?
I think similar issue has been present earlier too. Sometimes Envizi kicks me out in the middle of working with the accounts.
