Notification possibilities on the Envizi landing page

Question about Envizi dashboard/landing page - is it possible for Envizi admin to add general notifications or alerts to the main page > the alert should be visible to all users. We are designing a process to inform users of possible Envizi outages/problems so it would be easy to use the solution itself to notify users if there is known service breaks or something other important worth informing user. We have notifed that IBM sets notifications to the main page - we are looking for similar solution or would it be possible to admin user to se there notifications in Envizi or is it just something IBM is allowed to do. See attachement to better understant what I am referring to, marked with yellow. We'd like our customer Valio to have access to similar notifications that they could set themselves. Is that possible?
