PowerReport Access by Groups instead of Organization

We should not have to give organization access to all PowerReport users for them to be able to utilize the feature. We should be able to grant access based on the the groups that they manage. By granting organizational access, users will have access to other groups and BUs because they need it for PowerReports but not for anything else such as navigating, approving data, reporting, etc.

    Hello,

    How can we grant users access to PowerReports? Do we need to grant them specific Access Levels, Work Roles, Groups Managed? Right now, our users who do not have organization access are saying the PowerReports are showing blank.

    The PowerReport edit function is not restricted to organization level users.


    Any user with the "PowerReport Edit" work role will be able to use the functionality.


    Can you confirm where you were advised that it was restricted?
