Current SRM functionality does not support producing report texts - enhancements needed

In the ESRS framework of the SRM module, the information requirements are divided into various questions in the SRM module ESRS reporting view.

When opening question, a single COMPILED RESPONSE field is required, with the same formatting options in most above the Methodology input field currently is (table input, bold text, lists, etc.). This field and all the formating must be exportable into the report (Word Export).

The current Final response fields are divided under each sub‑requirement and do not allow adding tables or formatting text. This prevents logical content creation in SRM workflow: 
• In the reporting process and document sub‑requirements are often answered within the same sentence and not in the order defined by the standard (e.g., AR requirements may add perspectives). 
• Some information requirements currently in SRM relies only on multiple‑choice answers, which is not adequate at all  for the reporting — a written text response is still mandatory required and it is not aplicable within these multiple-choice answers currently. 

→ The current functionality does not allow producing report text in the SRM. This reporting texts producing, reviewing and approving  are essential part of the reporting workflow in SRM before exporting report to Word document for the futher visualtion work / "last mile" reporting. Without this SRM is redundant in ESRS reporting process.
