Enable Hiding/Removing Irrelevant Fields in SRM to Improve Reporting Workflow

Under the information requirements (questions), there are separate response fields and tables for every sub‑requirement. Unnecessary sub‑items and tables must be removable from the reporting view and its Word export.

Example: 98
• Gender pay gap breakdown by employee category and ordinary basic salary and complementary/variable components

If unnecessary fields cannot be removed from the reporting view, they confuse too much content/reporting text creators (assignees, contributors) and they also always appear complitely unnecessarily in the Word export.

→ Editing the exported Word document is not a viable workaround, as it would be very laborious and must be repeated each time and would shift report maintenance to Word, making SRM redundant in the reporting workflow.
