Accrual calculations should include changes in SQFT

All current accrual calculations should include a sites SQFT. If the SQFT has changed in any of the months that are part of the accrual calculation the resulting calculated number should change as a result. ie: If a site had 50,000 sqft in April 2024 and then in April 2025 it has 25,000 SQFT you would not expect an accrued value for April 2025 to be similar to April 2024.

For us - SQFT can change often at a location, so looking at it monthly would make the accrual calculations (including weighted average) a more accurate calculation.

Thank you for raising this idea. We can see the value in extending the accruals methodology to cater for intensity based on floor area. We are considering options to allow this also considering other KPIs. We will update this idea if and when this idea is promoted to the roadmap.
