USERS AUDIT TRAIL - Universal connector

 Whenever one user is uploading data through the universal connector, it would be really helpful to see the user name evidence near to the specific value into the specific account main page.

Current situation: “System user” shows in the main page. The correct user name is showing only in the data flow automation page which is accessible only for admins and is not user-friendly.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    I can see some examples where it shows system user in the Records grid, but shows the name of the user who uploaded the file in the files processed or data flow automation file delivery pages.

    To ensure we're aligned on your experience and suggestion, are you able to please clarify a few things for me

    1. When you say 'uploading data through the universal connector', do you provide data via

      1. Manually upload via Files Upload page

      2. A data service (S3, sftp, client specific email) created within data flow automation

      3. or other methods? if so, please specify.

    2. When you say 'system user shows on the main page',

      1. are you referring to the records grid?

      2. account home page - records below?

      3. or some other output? if so, please specify.

    With this information I'll be able to progress this forward more effectively.
