Partner Portal/Interface Experience - Ability to add access roles, work roles and bulk manage user access

Currently, partners can create their org users within their portal that is being replicated across all production servers however additional access roles, work roles and bulk user management (using a template potentially) within the portal is not supported.

Ask here is to allow below functions within the portal -

1. beyond primary user role and access boundary, partner admin should be able to add other access and work roles

2. as an additional option, bulk user management for partners who need to create large number of users

    Manual user management in partner portal has been developed and tested. Documentation and comms to go out shortly.

    Bulk manage user access has been raised on the roadmap with commitment dates yet to be confirmed.

    Manual user management in partner portal, exposing work roles, additional access roles and a replication across servers is in the final stages of development focused on unrestricting UI menu items.

    Master epic raised for tech consideration regarding bulk managing users, accessing report templates, files processed page etc to do bulk actions on partner portal. This is under roadmap prioritization for future consideration.
