Partner Portal/Interface Experience - Integrate a view of support cases raised by partners

This feature would be useful to partners who want to stay across all open issues and comms received from Support instead of relying on individual notifications in emails and an interface that lives outside of Envizi. Integrating a view of IBM support within the partner interface to check past issues and guidance received to apply it to newer client requirements will be a good add.

We understand the need for a more consolidated view of support interactions, especially for partners managing multiple clients. However, this capability sits within IBM Support (CSP) rather than Envizi product functionality. These are separate systems with distinct ownership and roadmaps.

As such, requests related to surfacing or managing support tickets and communications should be directed to the IBM Support/CSP team. At this stage, Envizi is not planning to invest in bringing support case management into the product experience, and will remain focused on core ESG data and workflow capabilities.
