    Thanks for the suggestion. There’s clear value in enabling custom roles to better tailor access and user experience.

    This is something we’re actively exploring. Our current permissions model is deeply embedded across roles, screens, and behaviours, so introducing this level of flexibility is complex and requires careful design to avoid risk and excessive complexity.

    We’ve moved this into discovery to better understand key use cases, the right level of flexibility, and how we can evolve the model safely.

    We’ll share updates as we learn more, and examples of gaps in current roles are very helpful
