Change or make available the possibility to change the configuration for the default date in Data Capture Requests.

In Envizi, when creating and Issue for Data Capture Request, the requesting capturing dates are not matching the default dates that appears for the users getting this request. We would like that the requesting data capture dates be the default dates for the users getting the requests. This avoids the risk of users capturing data for the wrong period of time and saves time for them by not having to change the dates

    Hi, thanks you for the comment, but it is already in use (see screenshot, where "Yes" is stated), and the functionality does not seem to work. It still gives old 2025 dates to data capture. See screenshot of this also.

    Could you look into this - it doesn't work for Valio at all. I assume we should report this as an issue to IBM support?

    For data capture issues, you can force the data capture form to reflect the start and end dates of the relevant issue. You can enable this from the Admin -> Issue Settings page.
