Bulk audit report for data approval status changes across multiple accounts

We have received a requirement from a client to be able to review data approval history across multiple accounts in a consolidated and efficient manner, particularly for audit and governance purposes.
Currently, approval status and history can only be reviewed at an individual account or record level. While this allows for basic visibility, it creates significant challenges when users need to perform cross-account analysis, especially in audit scenarios.
For example, during internal or external audits, users are required to provide evidence of approval processes, including who approved specific records and when. Without a centralized reporting capability, users must manually extract and compile data from multiple accounts, which is time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to errors.
Additionally, this limitation makes it difficult to validate approval controls and governance processes across multiple sites or datasets, increasing operational overhead and reducing confidence in audit readiness.
Therefore, we request an enhancement to provide a consolidated audit report or functionality that enables users to view and export approval history across multiple accounts, improving audit efficiency, data governance, and overall user productivity.
