Address handling of district heating and steam for market-based emissions

Problem:
When applying market-based emissions in Envizi, location-based values for district heating and steam appear to be overwritten or lost. This creates challenges for organisations that are required to report both market-based and location-based emissions in line with GHG Protocol standards. The lack of visibility of both datasets simultaneously reduces transparency and makes reconciliation difficult.

Why it is beneficial:
Resolving this issue to ensure both market-based and location-based values are preserved and accessible would significantly improve reporting accuracy and compliance. It would allow users to maintain dual reporting requirements without data loss and improve auditability by providing a clear and complete view of emissions calculations.
