Enable bulk recompiling of monthly data and bulk configuration of rules

Problem:
Currently, recompiling data and configuring rules must be performed individually for each account or entity. This process is time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to human error, particularly for organisations with large numbers of sites or complex account structures. It also creates a barrier to efficiently implementing updates or correcting data across multiple entities.

Why it is beneficial:
Introducing bulk actions for recompiling monthly data and configuring rules would greatly improve efficiency and scalability. Users would be able to apply updates across multiple accounts simultaneously, reducing manual workload and ensuring consistency. This would be particularly beneficial for large-scale deployments and would significantly enhance user experience and operational productivity.

    We plan to add a bulk recompile and recalculate option (per account style) in the account wizard. Please note that this capability is already available to partners and IBM support -- in the interim if a bulk recompile/recalculation is required please contact support.
