Allow Tenant Admins to Set Default Grid Columns and Column Order for New Users

We would like to request an improvement to the Envizi grid display.

Background
When a new user logs in for the first time, grids such as Accounts, Records, and Locations are displayed with the default Envizi column settings.

However, in some organizations, daily operations require different columns from the default view. Asking every user to manually update their grid settings based on an operation manual creates a significant administrative burden.

We are planning to roll out Envizi to 500 users. It is very inefficient to ask each user to manually adjust the grid display after their first login.

Request
We would like tenant administrators to be able to define the default columns and column order for grids such as Accounts, Records, and Locations for new users.

Users should still be able to customize their own grid settings if needed. However, the initial default view should be controlled by the system administrator at the tenant level.
