PowerReport Description field on Scheduled reports and Dashboards page should display the description added by the customer to identify the reports

When the users create a report schedule for a Power Report, they get an option to enter the description of such report. However, this Description is not displayed when the report appears on Scheduled Reports and Dashboards Page. 

There is business use case that one particular report can be shared/scheduled with different recipients at different scheduled times. Currently, they all appear as exactly same in the Scheduled Reports and Dashboards, which makes it difficult for the customer to differentiate. Having Description field retain the description they provided while creating the schedule, helps manage the schedules better. 

Creating this idea based on the suggestions from PM.
