Show the manual capture user instead of System User for "Created" status in Approval History

We request an improvement to the user information shown for the Created status in Account Data Approval.

Current configuration
We use the following settings so that manually captured records are automatically assigned the Created approval status.

Organization Preferences > Data Management Preferences > Account Data Approval Settings

• Enable Account Data Approvals: Yes
• Flag manually captured records: Yes
• Default approval status for flagged records: Created

Current behavior
When a record is entered by Manual Capture, the Approval Status is automatically set to Created.
However, when we open Approval History, the user shown as changing the status to Created is System User, not the actual user who entered the record.

Support confirmed that this is the current Envizi design because the status update is performed by a system batch process.

Requested improvement
Please review this behavior and show the actual manual capture user as the user who set the record to Created.

Even if the update is technically performed by a batch process, from a business perspective, the user who entered the record should be treated as the user responsible for the Created status.

Reason for this request
This is important for traceability and audit purposes.
If System User is shown in Approval History, we cannot identify who actually created the record. This creates a problem during third-party assurance or audit reviews, because the person responsible for the Created status cannot be traced.

Showing the actual user would improve transparency and make the approval history more useful for business operations and assurance requirements.
