Estimates activity data using intensity method

Allow Envizi to auto-estimate activity data for facilities using the intensity method where no data are available (e.g., full service leases where data are not available from the landlord). Currently, this is not an available option for accruals methodologies and calculations need to be made offline and then input manually. The intensity method is used to estimate energy consumption based on floor area and average electricity and natural gas intensity factors from the Energy Information Administration’s Commercial Building Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS) program. This is a basic feature available in other platforms such as Cority.
